The ultimate goal is to remind you why you chose the noble path to create.

whether profession or passion, beginner or expert. 
Seize the restorative powers of reading, writing, moving, breathing, and tasting.

What To Expect

Complete with uplifting activities and inspiring messages, this online* series helps you find a space of restful creative expression by appreciating nature and using your senses to their full capabilities.

*Please note that this series can only be accessed on a larger screen like a laptop, desktop, or tablet.

The days include:

  • Short messages to ponder.

  • Activities and exercises inspired by art therapy. 

  • Breathing exercises.

  • Dessert, snack & drink recipes to digest the day - including healthy dessert recipes from the NovelBody premium program INTERMEZZO.

Each day should take around 15-20 minutes to complete -

a refreshing diversion for the afternoon slump or whenever you need a change of pace.
