Refund Policy 

We want to provide you with the most confident and reliable experience when joining NovelBody. 

Please review the following refund terms carefully before purchasing a subscription.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund of your NovelBody subscription fee up until the end of Week 1 Day 5 of NovelBody's current program Intermezzo.

  • ✓ Refund requests made on or before Week 1 Day 5 of Intermezzo will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

  • 𝘟 Refund requests made after Week 1 Day 5 of Intermezzo are not eligible for a refund.

No exceptions will be made once this deadline has passed.

Refund eligibility is based on your selected program start date (the date you choose to begin the program) and NOT the date you first access or complete program materials. 

How to request a refund:

To request a refund, send an email to support@novelbody.online with the subject: Request A Refund.

Include your first and last name and the email you signed up with. ​

(We'd also appreciate a reason why NovelBody did not work out for you).

All refund requests must be submitted through this process. Requests made via social media, comment sections, an incomplete email, or payment disputes will not be accepted. 

Once your request is submitted, a program guide will review your request and you’ll receive a confirmation email if your request has been approved. 

Refunds to your original method of payment are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds are available only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another participant or future subscriptions.

  • Refunds apply only to your current subscription and do not extend to past or future purchases. 

  • Refunds will revoke access to any and all NovelBody paid programs and associated materials.

  • By signing up for a NovelBody subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
